Time is of the essence in the construction industry. Ariba Pile Foundation understands the importance of deadlines. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver inch-pile rig projects on time without compromising quality.

How Piling Works

Piling is a foundation technique used to transfer the load of a structure to a deeper, more stable layer of soil or rock. By drilling deep into the ground and filling the holes with reinforced concrete, piles provide essential support for structures, especially in areas with challenging soil conditions..

Drilling Phase

Inch pile rigs use powerful hydraulic systems to drill into the ground, creating a hole for the pile.

Inserting Reinforcement

After the drilling, steel reinforcement bars (rebar) are inserted into the hole. These bars provide additional strength and stability to the pile, helping it withstand the load it will eventually bear.

Pouring Concrete

: Once the rebar is in place, the drilled hole is filled with concrete. This mixture surrounds the reinforcement, forming a solid and durable foundation. The concrete is often poured in segments, allowing for proper compaction and eliminating air voids.

Curing

The final step involves allowing the concrete to cure. Curing is the process by which concrete gains strength and durability over time. This can take several days, and during this period, it's crucial to protect the curing concrete from external factors that may compromise its integrity.

Final Results

The final result of the piling process is a foundation that provides stability and support for the structure above. Piles distribute the load of the building, preventing settlement and ensuring that the structure can withstand various environmental and structural challenges. A properly installed piling system is crucial for the longevity and safety of the construction.
